Fred started his career in HM Revenue & Customs in London. He qualified as an accountant in 1986. After a short spell with Boots The Chemists in Nottingham as a trainee accountant he worked for Tesco in Hertfordshire for 16 years as a senior accountant and project manager. He co-founded Base52 in 2003.

Delyth Richards BA (Hons), Practice Manager
Delyth joined Base52 in May 2011 and is Practice Manager. She has previously worked as a Conference Manager and a Business Analyst for HSBC.
Ben Burrows MAAT, Outsourcing Accountant
Ben became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in November 2010. He joined the Base52 team in June 2011 having previously worked for another practice as a Financial Accountant.
Ben is responsible for providing accounting and business and personal tax support to clients engaged on the outsourcing support package.
Katie Wells, Assistant Outsourcing Accountant
Katie is currently undertaking an Association of Accounting Technicians apprenticeship. She has completed AAT level 2 and is currently working towards level 3.
She has completed AAT levels 2 and 3 and is working towards level 4
Ben joined base52 in March 2012 having previously worked at another Practice as an Accounts Assistant. He is currently studying for his ACCA professional examinations and hopes to qualify in the near future.
