Company Secretarial

We can act as Company Secretary for your limited company.

As a basic service we would prepare the company’s annual return, deal with Companies House correspondence and any changes to the officers of the company and maintain the company share register.

Additional services include dividend administration, operation as registered office and facilitating and minuting of Board meetings.

Fees for a basic Company Secretarial service are £120 plus VAT per annum (excluding Annual Return fee, currently £15 for on-line filing). Fees for operation as registered office are £90 plus VAT per annum.
