Company Formations

We can form a company with a name of your choice (subject to availability and regulations), usually within a few days.

As part of the formation process we would advise you on the appointment of directors and secretary and shareholdings for the company. We can act as company secretary and registered office if required.

We will provide you with a formations pack including Memorandum and Articles of Association, share certificates and a copy of your certificate of incorporation.

Generally we would meet with you as part of the formations process and discuss your requirements. If this is not possible we can request information by telephone and/or e-mail and would be required to see authenticated proof of identity and address.

We can also advise on shareholder agreements and types and classes of shares.

Fees for a standard company formation are £245 plus VAT.
